Prof. Dr. phil. Peter Gautschi

Prof. Dr phil. Peter Gautschi is Professor emeritus of History Education at the Lucerne University of Teacher Education/Switzerland. He specialises in the teaching of history in schools and the public sphere. His work focusses on educational media as well as school and extra-curricular educational programmes on historical education. He is also co-editor of history education series and journals, a member of various scientific committees and heads the advisory board of ERINNERN:AT, among others. His publications have been translated into many languages and his work has received several awards.
