Vera Humbel

Vera Humbel completed her Master's degree in History Education and Public History at the University of Teacher Education Lucerne and the University of Fribourg in 2020. She then worked as a research assistant at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland at the Centre for Democracy in Aarau on two research projects. This was followed by a position as a research assistant in Education & Mediation and later as co-head of the department at the National Museum Zurich. Parallel to her professional career, she obtained a teaching diploma in history at upper secondary level in 2023. The combination of historical-scientific work and practical educational work fills her with great joy.
