A working group from three language regions of Switzerland, directed by the University of Teacher Education Lucerne, has been commissioned by the Federal Office of Justice to develop a learning app on the topic of "Forced welfare measures and out-of-home placements".

The learning app gives a voice to people affected by compulsory welfare measures and out-of-home placements in Switzerland. The project was commissioned following a call for tenders by the Federal Office of Justice. The trilingual web app is a collaboration between the University of Teacher Education Lausanne (HEP Vaud) and the Scuola universitaria professionale della Svizzera italiana, the "Gesichter der Erinnerung" association and the Feinheit web agency under the direction of the Institute for Education in Social Sciences.
